Raita - IITA
The queen of black hairs is Iita, born in 2004 at Esko Ilomäki. Iita's official name is Raita and this dark lady is a short-haired german pointer. Iita's pedigree can be found here in the Finnish Database.
Iita is her master's darling and she knows exactly how to wind him up around her paw and he is of course totally unaware of that. Iita's world is a lot of hunting and she is an excellent hunting dog, fiery with an excellent nose. Iita thinks the only real game is black grouse, capercaillie and willow grouse while pheasants are only stupid bunbirds hardly worth the hunt. Iita hardly misses a bird but sometimes this fiery lady makes rather original solutions. Iita has participated twice in a hunting trial and both times we decided to interrupt the trial. Iita simply gets so insecure in a trial situation that she quits searching. So we decided that she can continue to be a really good hunting dog without any further pressure of trials.
Iita's world also consists of carrying things around and when any small, annoying holes are found in gloves or socks, the guilty one is usually the black lady. Iita also loves to curl up as close as possible and if this is not possible, then she becomes a lap dog.
Iita has been shown once and got a Good with nice critics.
