Qasida's Concrete - AKU
Aku was my first weimaraner and own hunting dog. Aku and I learned together and we had many great hunting trips together in the forests and mountains as well as many fun shows. However, Aku was gun sensitive already as a puppy and this affected him more and more until it eventually started to affect his work with game. Finally I made the decision to retire Aku from the hunting. I did not want to keep such an active dog as a couch potatoe so with the help of Aku's breeder Satu I eventually found a new, great home for Aku. The decision to give away a friend was very difficult and Aku will always have his own niche in my heart. Akus pedigree and info can be found here. We participated in hunting trials and Aku got a 2nd price in the Youth class and a 3rd prize in the Open class. We also competed in obedience up to the IIIrd class (second highest). Aku got several CACs and Cacibs as well as BOB-titles from dog shows.
Now Aku is running towards new adventures with the Kyrönlahti family!
